For your convenience, shipping and handling charges are included in the painting price. Please note that for typical portraits you should allow 4 to 6 days for delivery.
Method
Packages are shipped with an airmail carrier from Atlanta, Georgia. Our orders ship with United Parcel Service (UPS) service because it is reliable, guaranteed, efficient, traceable and insurable. We can ship to all UPS destinations. Please note UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. For some special orders we use Priority Mail from US Postal Service.
Packaging
Paintings are painted on stretched canvas. Upon completion, the canvas is detached from the wood frame and carefully rolled. Paintings are placed into sturdy cardboard tubing for shipping. Paintings are shipped without frame. This method greatly reduces our costs.
Tracking
All shipments will have a tracking number sent to you when the package is sent. A tracking number will be sent to you once the package has been shipped.
